The Palmer House Hotel is a landmark in the Chicago Loop which completed a restoration in 2007. While working in the non-traditional setting of an operating hotel, Auburn Corporation accomplished the planning and installation of over 1,000 commercial windows to architectural and historical specification. Daily collaborative planning with Pepper Construction and the hotel owner assured the installation schedule proceeded according to room occupancy and other needs of the hotel.
Our expert project management team worked with dedication to assure that this historical window replacement project adhered to budgetary and time guidelines while producing a superior product that befits such a spectacular building.
