When Group Fox designed a face-lift for the tired façade of an apartment building on Chicago's lovely North Sheridan Avenue corridor, Auburn Corporation provided the commercial window replacement solution on this project.

Auburn's highly experienced project management team worked with Group Fox to make the exterior redefinition a reality. Our in-house shop, which employs expert craftsmen, helped design custom receptors, mullions and subsills for the specific application. To make the process more efficient, our own construction crews painted the building exterior while the commercial windows were being installed.

Each of Auburn's construction crews is highly trained and experienced, and during this project, replaced over 2,000 fixed and sliding commercial windows. As a premier distributor of Traco commercial windows in the Chicago area, Auburn worked with the manufacturer to design and install the Traco Series 6800 and over 250 air conditioning units into the window system.

This dramatic residential renovation was accomplished by Auburn Corporation's full-service team to the highest quality standards and attention to the needs of our customers.
